was awaken to a piece of shocking, saddening news,
just sat there on the bed for an hour, trying to digest the piece of news.
i kinda teared, for ultimately, he's one of my friends, my close friend's best friend.

we all thought he's alright, but he wasn't,
we all thought time could heal, but it didn't.
we all thought, we all thought...

made my way for lunch, made my way to meeting, made my way to meet my friends.
i missed my proj meeting, i was initially in a not-so-appropriate attire.

went over to the funeral parlour and paid him my last visit and respects.

found my close friend, accompanied her back home.

though i'm not close to you, i dont have much memories with you,
you will be remembered and greatly missed by us all,
i really hope you are happy wherever you're right now,
Rest In Peace my friend.

please stay strong everyone.

i think recess week's like million times worse than normal schl week
its like back to schl every single day and its like the whole day kind wth.
anyway time for some updates.

hurt my right foot cause two super heavy tables just collapsed on my right foot.
1 week has passed and there's still this lump of thingy there which refuses to go away.
suckssssssss.
and no prize for guessing why i got injured -.- damn.

managed to meet up with celine and yanpeng :) before celine flies off again
met on a wednesday at jp, mum didnt want me to go initially cause of my injured foot
but celine is gonna fly of again back to china soon, so....
forever ate at bakerzin hahaha

on friday, met up with celine (again!), johnny and mr.khoo for lunch
had Thai Express and i managed to guess that mr.khoo cant take spicy stuffs and i was right.
great to have caught up with mr.khoo and johnny!
next time that we meet will probably be in may when my exams end i guess

met with sheila for a while after that too

on 25th feb sat, IT WAS MAYDAY CONCERT!!~
it's like awesome and great and super high and cool
everyone was so high luh!!!!
and when we hear everyone singing the songs together, that feeling is just, indescribable.
and i've proclaimed Mayday to be my No.2 right after 5566 who will always remain as No.1
but swear i'm old, i jump about for only one song and i super tired alrdy,
and then kept changing hands to wave the lightstick

we all had this piece of high quality paper and we all did this rainbow thingy when 倔強 was sung, like a cooooool please. I AM PROUD TO SAY I WAS PART OF THIS RAINBOW :D

so went to schl for the dry run and had some bonding games

tuesday was NAF day, where few people turn up to help zzzz

just now went back to schl for accounting proj meeting.

had better squeeze some time out to update otherwise i'll have a whole long list of stuffs!
had quite a serious sleeeeeeep debt for last last week cause was so damn busy with schl + cca

good thing i did a record somehow on what i've actually done hehs.

8th of Feb, wed, met up with GATBOC
initially really wanted to give it a miss cause that week was like a hell week,
but turned up in the end..
had xiaolongbao buffet! always hearing how people spam eat xiaolongbao,
and i've not tried it yet. finally i went to eat!
after that, had a good chat and catch-up,
and took as many photos as we cld haha!

9th feb thurs was NAF OC Rehearsal.
briefing everyone was the worst cause i dont know, bahhhhh!
groups/people who were supposed to turn up for rehearsal came late or didnt even turn up.
stage came down late to setup.
thought, changed, thought, changed the ideas for declaration.
ended at like at 12am, and went to sleepover at xiuhan's hall,
slept at about 4am i think.

10th feb fri was NAF OC!!!!
all of us reported at 830am, i briefed everyone again!
the remaining groups who didnt turn up last night came down for rehearsal,
some stuffs happened here and there,
like how the beatboxer was so late that we had to change the events line-up,
and how a particular performance was really like boring max..
BUT ALL IN ALL, it's a success i feel.
glad when everything ended.
i still dont have any photos from oc.
but first time i got to use a walkie talkie! :D
first time i'm in charge of quite a large scale event, damn stressful
but ever so glad to have my events team by me.
+ my 2 subcomm, tzeteng and xiuhan :)

anyway i cried after that in the evening cause was feeling super upset, reason which i shall not mention.
i have no idea why i wasnt even informed of the meeting zzzzzzzzzz whatever.

on the 11th feb which was a saturday,
had IT meeting early in the morning in schl, and then in the afternoon i went over to my 3rd sister's house
where there was catered food, cousins came over too and we played a few rounds of mono deal.
撈魚生 again LOL! in the end i made the choice of staying over at my sister's house to do my accounting tutorial..
and then there's this soccer match going on, forgot who vs who, but wow,
i can really hear screams and shouts coming from around the neighbourhood as well as the tv outside.
major distractions totally, 3rd sis ask me go out play mahjong, 3rd sis husband ask me go out watch soccer,
but me resist and continue working on my tutorial

anyway 12th feb sunday, we went over to our eldest sister's house to celebrate her birthday,
cause Shinji and her were sick so they didnt come to 3rd sister's house on saturday,
ordered kfc for dinner, and had quite a big lychee martini cake (yumyum)

vday that week, had 2 quizzes + IT presentation.
i know i wont do well for accting quiz, and bizops quiz's result is known straight away after we complete it and i didnt do that well, but then, oh well.....
AND WOOHOO IT PRESENTATION IS FINALLY OVERRRRRRR!~
dreading totally the other proj that we gotta do D:

my dad actually spent money to dedicate a short message to my mum on 聯合早報 during vday,
damn sweet, at first we all didnt believe him, cause my mum's name was wrong and then he signed off as 阿爸, but then, t's really him cause my mum received a gift too hahaha,
he's still sweet huh!
i've vday gifts from xiuhan and sheryl too :D

anyway on thurs, i crashed tzehui and xiuhan's hall, out of pure fun and boredom actually.
slept late, did some perler beads stuffs. haha.

just yesterday, went out with sheila, shaun, acer and jiachen to marina square and watched the movie, LOVE
it's a taiwan production, so obviously it rocks!!!!!
plus there's 帥哥 like 小天!!!!! but really, it's a great humourous light-hearted movie that all of you shld watch :D
and that's the first movie i watched for this year!
had one-for-one deal dinner at Manhattan Fish Market, and spent some time to talk and all :D
it's being like half a year since i last met jiachen! and i think he became skinnier!!!!

anyway i realise i spent my fridays and weekends doing doing doing accting tutorial.
its great i have all my sisters who took accounting before and a few friends who took it last sem,
so i'm forever spamming them questions.

just now, went downstairs to see the chingay floats,
so pretty! and saw our MP and Jurong GRC MPs and Mr.YamAhMee!!!!!
shook hands with a few of these people too hahaha!
i think i really shld become a 狗仔, stalking celebrities and even MPs,
i keep trying to go as close to them as possible, so i really think some of those media camers wld have captured the unglam cui me please D:
then we went over to blk400+ there to have dinner and then the floats passed by that area so we saw a second time,
the crowd there was maddddddddddddd.
but so fun hehehe.

while waiting for my IT meeting, i didnt bring any stuffs to do nor study,
so i shall start blogging before i accumulate a lot of things and then i get lazy and stuffs.

k rewinddddd back to 27th jan friday!
met some of the guides, fiona, nicole, madeline, garyim, to have a farewell for zoey at vivocity!
met all the rest except zoey to source and hunt for a gift for her,
we bought useful stuffs from daiso and then had some photos to paste into this cute notebook and wrote our messages.
thanks fiona who chose a guides picture without me :(

had a great time catching up with them :)

we bought a cake to surprise garyim cause it's her birthday the next day and she was really surprised!!!!
yayye! success :D
went for a walk at sentosa broadwalk and started taking jump shots LOL

then on 28th jan saturday
i was in school for naf stuffs the whole day from 10am to 830pm
like a siannnnnn only.

i contributed like 5 cubes for the rubik's mosaic! LOL

then on 29th jan sunday
we had a dinner at taka crystal jade to celebrate my dad's bday
i think i 撈魚生 for the 5th time hahaha HUAT UH!

on 31st jan, it was shagged day cause the day went like this,
1030-12 lecture. 12-1230 ONLY break. 1230-230 lecture. 230-830 IT IT IT IT
and then after 830, chiong to cca meeting!
though my IT ended early, like about 45mins earlier, BUT omg,
make me face her for so long, i cannot stand it.
arghhhh to the ATs!
撈魚生 for the 6th time after naf meeting,
and its totally cui. no carrots, no fish, and it's green tea flavoured. gross please.

then on 2nd feb thurs
i was LATE FOR BIZOPS D:
the lesson's at 830am and guess what, tzeteng called me at 843am and i was still on my bed,
its a miracle that i sensed the phone vibrating and woke up.
i know i turned on my alarm but, i think i just switched it off,
totally no recollection that my alarm rang!
damn paiseh please,
i wanted to quietly enter the class but in the end everyone knows i'm an hour late because the door freaking SLAMMMMM right after me. argh

then on 3rd feb, when i was in schl our bizops teacher walked past where i was,
i dont know if he recgonize me or my friend, but he smiled at us,
and i was like, oh shit, he must have remembered me cause i was late the day before!!
after my project meeting, went to meet the emcees for naf and then went to meet biggang!
:DDDD a farewell for zhiyi since she's flying off the next day!

xiuhan refused to take the photo, shinzu's overseas and shermian wasnt free.

on 4th feb
i was supposed to go down stall but cldnt pull myself out of the bed. ohman. my poor parents.
went to xiuhan's house in the afternoon and i lost $1.20 on blackjack LOL
there was just food food foooood and so i eat eat eat and was so full at the end of the day!

Chinese New Year 2012

happy chinese new year all my blog readers :)

the rabbit's gone and here comes the dragon!

had a reunion dinner on Sunday at some tze char stall at bukit batok,
and had our first louhei! HUAT AH!
after that we went down to 觀音廟
but then it started drizzling so we aborted the plans of going to Chinatown and headed home.
watched the ch8 Chinese New Year countdown,
and i realised all those celebrities were wearing the exact same clothes that i saw the previous night.

once again, failed to 守夜, my poor parents,
went to sleep soon after the show ended and received the 壓歲錢 angbao from parents :D

大年初一!
拜年 to my parents and then we headed to my ahma's house,
she cooked lormee :D
anyway, the usual after that, went to the temple with the swing and then to another temple to pray my 姑姑 and my ahma's parents.

then in the afternoon, we went to my 3rd sister's house at Bishan!
and had our 2nd louhei!
and then played just the 東風 of mahjong and i lost $7 D:

was down at parents' stall for both saturday and sunday,
and the amount of sleep i had isnt at all sufficient.

saturday, passed fangqi her bakkwa and she returned me my uniform,
and then went down to school (omg can you believe it) for cca stuffs,
cause parkour decided to choose this day to come down to see what sort of stufs they want to do for the opening performance,
lucky michelle came too,
those guys are funnnnny luh,
so i guess it's a bit of compensation,
and then yesterday's the day where there's this beautiful double rainbow!
i saw it in schl, but didnt take a picture of it, dumb -.-

well after that,
i made the craziest decision ever,
which is to visit chinatown on my own!~
my mum just dont believe me, that i will go alone,
cause i always complain how i hate people and crowds,
and she firmly believed that i'm with someone -.-
which i simply cant convince her and eventually i gave up trying to
yeah true that i dislike crowds and people usually and very often,
but its different when it comes to visiting chinatown during the chinese new year season,
i know i'm weird, but i just think like that.

and it's a good decision that i made cause,
i saw patricia mok and pornsak along some street filming some stuffs,
and stalker me just stalk them all the way LOL!
i believe they will show what they filmed later tonight for the chinese new year countdown,
but confirm wont see me one cause i'm always behind the cameraman hahaha!
i think they completed their filming and were walking somewhere and i just hurriedly follow,
until the point where i was walking right beside patricia mok,
(!!!!) then i just smiled to her and said happy chinese new year and she turned to me,
gave a big smile and said happy chinese new year back to me!
sian that pornsak didnt hear me :(
anyway patricia mok was sweating like hellll and yet she still put up such a huge smile and replied me
hehehehe!

so they were waiting to cross the road to get into their van,
and then suddenly, I SAW AUNTY LUCY!!!!
hurriedly tried to take a picture of ~~her~~, ooops i meant him LOL!
and wahlao, the 工作人員 was rushing for aunty lucy to freaking cross the road already,
but aunty lucy still posed for someone's camera,
but if aunty lucy didnt do that, i wldnt be able to take a picture hehs!

and then, i realised that they were quite a number of other celebrities who were on the stage rehearsing for the countdown show tonight
but the distance of where i was and the stage is quite far,
so cant take good pictures.
but i cant find big shot celebrities LOL

好好玩 okay!
next time want go chinatown must go on chinese new year's eve's eve LOL
and it's another experience to go there alone also hahaha.

anyway i bought pooh angbaos to keep :)

but my dinner is just a pathetic bread D: but it's alright.
i returned home to find longjohn's cheese fries and chips and ate everything,
so the fat intake is million times more..

anyway i just finished watching the electure of bizlaw.

the 39 minute recording became a 2 hour one for me, cause i just kept pausing and re-listening to write down the things he said.

anyway, i just got to do some research for my project!

haven been updating cause there's just nothing interesting going on in my life.
i dont think you'll count school as interesting right?

but yeah, i've been just studying, studying and studying every single day since start of school.
it's like cause there's nothing much for me to do,
dont really surf net, dont really play games, not watching tv/dramas at all,
so the only thing i can do is,
eat, sleep, study.

tiring lei, always, i have this list of what to do/study,
and it's like never ending one? :(
strike one off and i'll add two other things -.-

JUST CHECKED MY EMAIL AND GUESS WHAT,
i'm gonna have 6 hours worth of IT on 31st Jan.
it's obvious enough i totally hate my tutor and 3 hours a week can kill me,
now 6 hours, it's like slow death.
and i've cca meeting that day,
and it's my dad's birthday that day.
WTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!~

went back to rv for a visit with xiuhan and michelle :D
but cause i had to put aside some time to meet the juniors to pass them their cip letters,
i didnt really had a lot of time to really had a good chat with the teachers :(
talked to mrs.leeleemui, mr.johntan, mr.khoo, mr.willychua, miss.limaiphing
and said random hellos and happy chinese new year to mr.chan, mr.tankaysong, miss.leewanling.
didnt see some other teachers around who taught me before and some like left quite early i think.

first question mrs.lee asked me when she saw me,
so how is it now? still as stressed?
omg. she so concerned, and then started saying all the motivational, non-emo stuffs.
hahahaha. it's like amazing how the fiercest teacher i ever had in rv turned out to be like super nice and approachable.
and she still remembers that qingdao thingy, the test where she realised i'm like emo emo kind of person.

mr.johntan said our odac wall is still there LOL!

miss.lim remembers me lei, i didnt want to approach her cause i thought she wldnt remember me,
and she was like you alvls also very hardworking what, i remember you consulting me for physics when i told her uni life is like 10 times worse than alvls.
LOL i was like thinking, wah i got consult her huh? ok maybe once or twice nia haha

mr.willychua knows me as the one who always find mr.khoo with johnny LOL!

visiting the schl and talking to the teachers really made me miss the rv environment a lot a lot,
it's so different from uni experience, and i totally prefer the small little safe place with familiar faces, nice teachers and all.
not that uni prof arent nice, but they arent that close to students and we are supposed to be self-learning individuals etc etc etc.
only after everything, you'll realise how much you want to return back to the past again..

but well, i'll never be able to experience all that ever again
:( sighs.
and anyway, rv seems to have changed quite a bit, so everything's sortof different and unfamiliar now,
and yeah it simply means, i'm getting older..

damn lah, i shld have taken photos with the teachers :((((((

xiuhan and michelle had to go back to uni
so i went to jp for lunch with celine,
and she updated me and then i also updated her,
and we realised how similar we both are in the area of love.
like omg please.
can totally feel her.

met up with xiuhan again afterwards
where she scammed me into buying her keychains LOL!

now that i'm home,
i feel like taking a nap cause i'm damn tired.
slept at 2plus and woke up at 7plus.
shld have dragged myself out from my bed and then...
but i was too lazy sighs.

but i look at the amount of stuffs i nid to study.

garung guni session 2

a huge turnout rate today for the number of rvians.
too much until it's just crazily confusing.
cause everyone just stood in their own cliques (very very rv huh),
and they just stood all around,
they seem to come from all different classes,
i dont know most of them,
chaos + hectic,
damn damn hard to take attendance and really know who's really here or not.
there's like at least 60 of them okay,
last week i had 20plus only, can feel the difference?

and obviously i cldnt shout at them or what since i'm afterall in this public place,
and shout at them for what, they're j2s already.
so just made sure they knew their groupings and they just left like that,
and i cldnt even account for each person's attendance -.-

but luckily, juniors are always nice and friendly,
i just went round asking whoever i saw,
first up to check if they're from rv or yuhua..
and then just asked, hey, have you seen this this this few people turning up.
by noon time, i accounted for everyone's presence,
know who's here, who's not, who gotta leave early and all that.

damn shagged + tiring today.
cause we had a lot more people today,
plus we had 2 lorries instead of 1,
so we covered a lot of areas as compared to last week,
think the juniors all very very tired,
and i really felt unfair for this group as compared to those last week :x
i bet this group will never ever want to help us if we organised another session lo,
but hor, stay whole duration get 16 hours, still not bad.
but well, i know a lot of them were damn tired.

really really grateful to them and appreciate their help,
i wld have sent a thank you message to all of them,
but then, i dont have all of their contact details.

once again my legs cldnt take it.
but had to just go on and on.
hate my flat feet.

and damn thankful and glad that tzeteng and yongchang came down to help us also.
yongchang, really purely as free labourer, while tzeteng was just so nice as well.
sadly, i was just busy doing this doing that, didnt really talk much to yongchang, D:
luckily he had tzeteng to talk to and all.

too tired after the whole thing, dinnered and then took 157 all the way
and i was so happy when i stepped into my house,
and even happier after i am done bathing,
think i am gonna KO soon,
feel so weak.

i'm just looking forward to (hopefully) the chance to step into rv to pass them their cip letters.
hahahaha.

anyway,
a huge huge huge thank you to all the rvians who came down for last week's and this week's garung guni.
yeah they're merely helping us for the cip but well just feels so heartwarming to see like a family of rvians,
somehow, that kind of feeling, great.
and also, those who really helped to ask around to gather people..

i wld very very very much wish for a day where my own level can just gather again together in schl or something,
miss my schl, miss my teachers, miss my lvl, miss my classmates, miss my cca mates.
well, never ever gonna happen D:

free day on friday,
was so bored until i started studying.

right now, currently, too tired to even think of studying.
and last night, when i cldnt sleep,
just thought of schl-related stuffs, and felt sian all over again.

i think accountancy and business isnt really what i want to do and study,
cause i am really not enjoying anything about this course at all,
but i still cant find my passion in anything,
so there's really nothing i can do except to carry on with this and complain and feel sian and all.

all i can ever think of all the time is being a 狗仔隊,
i know it's damn stupid,
since i just think of stalking of the idols and all.

or all i think of is getting married and then having kids and being a taitai.

sighs, i feel so ambition-less, so aim-less.
i nid to have a dream to work towards to.

yeah i study my textbooks, read my lecture notes, do my tutorials faithfully and dilligently,
but because i really dont sense the joy and willingness to study these topics,
no matter how much i study, it's gonna be this hard hard task,
i'll have to spend much more effort and all, as i hate what i'm doing,
so i'll nid a lot a lot more effort to really grasp the concepts and all,
or is it, i'm just dumb? just dont understand and then finding such stupid excuses?

really sickening and tiring.

anyway ventured out in the afternoon,

my hair (actually just my fringe) is being damn uncooperative with me.

omg. didnt manage to change my bizlaw or IT D:
saddening.
IT i guess i wont change alrdy cause got quite a few friends in the same class with me.

bizlaw is like hard to change also lo,

actually i shld try to change my accting to the wed morning slot,
then leave bizlaw as it is, then 3 DAY WEEK!
but then i dont want change my accting cause i've friends in my current class,
later even if i can change, then no friends. BUT no vacancies also, so....

so conclusion, i'll probably stick to my current timetable.

finished watching 我可能不會愛你 just now!
everyone who watched that drama will want a 李大仁 in their life,
i also want!~

but the events that happen in dramas always will never happen in reality,
since its just a drama.
dramas only let you relate to certain parts of ur life and let you dream and fantasize of the perfect guy etc.
and after that drama ends, it'll be whoooosh, back to real life.

anyway i think it's a nice good taiwanese drama!

and i guess it'll be the last drama i'll be watching till next sem's over.
predicts that schl life will be tough, stressful, depressing, busy, sian, boring, sucks.
plus with naf round the corne, wo de tian ah.

4-month nightmare.

so after i was done watching the drama,
i was totally lost, and bored,
nothing to do.. since i cant start on a new drama..

and i tried to flip through the tb i have just now,

canvassing today for naf!
went around to knock doors to ask for old newspaper and old clothes at bishan area.
apparently, it seemed like a lot of schools kept on going to that area to collect lei.
but we still got quite a bit of stuffs :D
but it wld be better if we had more & larger lorries,
we ended early as we didnt have enough transport to move our collected stuffs to the eunos place there to sell.

but anyway, the canvassing haven even start i tired liao,
but just tried to keep the spirits up lo..

many many thanks for the help that i had from the juniors of rv :D
actually i only asked jasmine and qingyi,
then jasmine found a few people who are interested,
while qingyi managed to gather her floorball mates and some of her classmates!!
it's a great feeling luh, considering like i dont even talk to the juniors anymore,
and yet they really went to help me ask around to find people who are interested,
yeah maybe it's for the cip hours, but still, the response that i got from them... :)
kinda sad that the floorball gals wont be able to help again next week as they have a match..
and then michelle choo also managed to get 3 rvians to come down to help! awesome.

anyway i grouped with tzehui! and hanyu and a few juniors and the 2 fuhua sec guys.
i think the 2 guys did a lot lei,
though they just stayed downstairs most of the time,
but they helped to transport the stuffs to the collection point,
to and fro to and fro, they looked shagged out.

tried to talk more to the juniors so that i will look young and feel young
HAHAHA. i old liao D:
haha i hope that the juniors didnt find the cip too tiring or sucky.
if not i'll feel damn bad!!!

a few of us wanted to leave early,
but in the end we sat at some place and started playing cards
and taking photos HAHAHA!
funny moments. like act dao and cool and someone became seductive wahaha

felt that i became a little bit closer with some of the other naf members.
yeah, its a good thing. nid make more friends in uni,
and stop complaining so much about uni!!

xiuhan drove all the way to my house just to pass me the food from overseas!

i returned the favour to her by lending her my financial calculator and threw her all my fm notes for free!

after that tzehui also came over to exchange notes with me.
also threw her all my ob, stats, mkting, commfund notes.
and then we talked for say an hour? haha!
alrdy made plans to go cycling and work next holidays,
dang when next sem hasnt even started at all ><
also had our aim of our gpa 5 for the sem!
but got thrown back into reality by 某某人 D: who kept on bursting our little bubbles.

and then up till now, i still cant login into my dbs ibanking account.
!!!! what if my account gets hacked into?
i'm like a frog in the well who doesnt read news, didnt know about it until my sister told me D:

i cant believe it, a nightmare is going to start again starting from next week.

and hahaha i had such an awesome dream last night,

so i can still slack now, but do all the work later.

2o11 in a nutshell!

it's good that i have an active blog,
i can always look back at all my past entries and have a walk down memory lane :)

okay, major happenings of 2o11!
a very long 8 months worth of break,
no more rvhs after 6 whole years, pretty unused to it actually,
the familiar teachers, familiar faces..

well i did some work for the first 4 months of my break.

o1. relief teaching at rgps, which is basically just go there and get paid for not doing much.
maybe cause my sister is a teacher there, thats why i get this chance to earn some free money hehe,
but well, i dont even have to teach the kiddos anything,
all i have to do is ensure they are quiet and do their own stuffs LOL!

o2. working part time at xpress flowers.
yepp pay is like low actually, but yeah it's an experience i guess,
i learnt how to wrap a 3 stalk rose bouquet,
didnt ever proceed from then on cause i suck at doing bouquets
spent the vday period dealing with flowers, and it's quite fun :)

o3. working as a temporary tax assistant at IRAS
supposed to be doing back end work, but in the end, went to frontline to serve the taxpayers.
to help them to do their efiling, the bosses were nice, and i met friends too which i'm still keeping in contact with for some of them :D the joy of being able to help the taxpayers to do their efiling, when they smile to you and say thankyou after you are done with helping them.. will never ever forget how i freaking cried in front of one particular taxpayer. and yes, that free fall at the chicken rice stall, epic!

yes results day!
it's like the moment of truth, and also like its cool as we get to step back into rv campus and see all those familiar faces once more.
i remember how i stopped my parents from collecting the results back with me, for extreme fear that i wont do well. i remember how mr.chua gave me a sian face and made me burst into tears even before i got hold of that result slip. but those tears of worriedness turned into tears of joy. i really didnt expect that kind of results, cause frankly speaking, things took place, i let my heart rule the head. i was distracted and all that. it's really like a miracle.

and then i devoted the next few months to driving!
got my license after 2 attempts,
got a freaking 32 points for the first TP and 2nd try, i got 10 points
i know how a lot of people consoled and cheered me up when i lost the battle to myself the first time round..
was pretty sad, probably cause of high expectations of myself i guess.
but yeah, license obtained :D class 3 yeah!

had the chance to visit Universal Studios Singapore which is funnnnn!
i dont mind going there again :D

watched a concert with qinai!
Kevin, Bosco, Ron and Moses, haha i really nid to try to master canto!

managed to go overseas for 3 times!
and it's with different groups of people so not bad :D

o1. Genting trip with liting, qinai, emily, yushan and liting's cousin!
i dont know if i had ever been to genting, since i cant recall much from my childhood,
but it's quite a disappointment, largely cause the thrilling exciting rides in the theme park are ALL closed for maintenance :( but yeah, first ever overseas trip with purely friends

o2. TAIWAN trip with family :DDD
i've been constantly telling everyone of my friends how much i am anticipating to visit Taiwan,
and i finally finally finally had the chance to do so!
haven completed the tour of the entire Taiwan, so i am just going to get back there again some time,
but Taiwan is just greattttttt! simply love that place, ok i know there's a lotttt of biasness but whateverrrr!~
shopping plus food plus scenery, like awesome okay!

o3. China trip with sheila, iris, nicole. we went there to visit shen, and also had the chance to visit songyi, yihua, dingning, wangjia. cause we went there to find friends, so we seriously just bought the tickets there and everything else is settled for us! hahaha! yepps china is big, and obviously we only toured a few places.
learnt how to play hearts! sneaked into the theme park for free by the back gate LOL. and me forcing yihua to take the roller coaster ride together with us (i think he hates me) another trip where i travelled with just friends alone, not bad luh :)

also had a chance to go prawning for the first time with emily and qinai,
haha quite fun, me and my stupid idea that i will fall into the pool filled with prawns and then get eaten alive

and then, end of break,
and the start of uni.
it sucks, seriously. whoever said uni life is like fun, best period of life is just bullshitting please.
i chose ntu, and the course i am given is acct and biz!
didnt choose nus cause they replied me damn late, and i didnt get my first choice,
despite nus business school offering me a $5ooo award, i decided to select ntu.
maybe cause i didnt get the chance to attend any orientation camps, neither did i apply to stay hall,
and adding the fact that the nbs cohort is so huge and hence, not being able to be in the same tutorial class with anyone i know, it kinda sucks,
not having much friends and everything is new and different from the life in rvhs.
i hated uni life. and i really got very depressed. a very very tough period for me.
i was studying like never before seriously.
close friends of mine would hear me complain. family would have seen me cry often.
blog readers of mine would read about all my emo posts.
but still, studies still have to go on, well yr 1 sem 1 is over, my results are alright..

i got myself involved in a cca, chief events manager of CAC Nanyang Arts Festival 2012.
things are going to get busier, since the festival is going to start in a month's time.
let's hope that everything will go on well and i cant wait for it to end!!!

and then, i am promoted to become 小姨!
Shinji was born! on 10/09/2011!

that pretty much sums up the most happening events i guess :)

well not forgetting the various meetups with friends here and there.

2o11 has its ups and downs, for sure.
那些喜怒哀樂, 酸甜苦辣, 那一切的一切,就讓它們成為回憶!

yup spent the first day of 2o12 at my parents' stall.
the snooze of 5 minutes turn into 45 minutes. i was stunned to see that it's almost 9am when my dad called me..

2o12 will be a better year!
jiayou for my studies! let's aim to improve and get a better gpa ok!
and that my friendships with my various groups of friends remain close-knitted.
and that i'll be a better daughter and sister in the family.
and that i'll be a better self.

i liked MI4 the best,
cause laughing gor's movie is a bit too short, it's in chinese and not canto, and the ending sucks!!!
and i am not smart enough to comprehend and understand sherlock holmes!
boohoo!

hahaha first time i had a chance to sit couple seats, with sheila!
haha cathay's seats are quite comfortable and the cinema is like colddddd
and i act smart purposely didnt bring jacket D:

i feel so sad right now,
sighs.

so much so for the last day of 2011.
it's just another day isnt it..

school's gonna start again,
probably why i'm starting to feel down.

and luckily we are in the air-con warehouse!

we just nid to do stock taking,
and we just record the numbers down,
we're not the ones climbing up and down,
and i have a phobia of ladders, so no way i will want to climb them!

and the counter i am paired up with is a nice guy!
to think at the start i still thought he seemed quite dao..
will let me take random breaks here and there cause he wants to go out to take a puff,
and i think he and the guy sheila's paired up with are erm friends,
cause they will go take a puff together sometimes so we get to take break together,
and then go to the pantry corner where we will see this solo boat out in the river LOL
so lonely.

anyway cause he's nice, so i will try to help him at times,
like carry the boxes luh, paste stickers luh, sort out the many bags in the boxes luh,
so i think we quite efficient and steady,
woo!

today he still offered me a cup of sprite,
how nice,
at the end of the day he was like, oh tmr not coming alrdy uh,
i was like yeah, and i think he sad. LOL NO JUST JOKING HAHAHA.

anyway sheryl gave me souvenirs from taiwan :DDDD

he said that he wanted to send me home,

i'm so excited, at least i have something to look forward to during the meeting-with-external-company on friday!

went down to stall on 26th, and my 3rd sister and husband came down as well

haha had fun doing some grocery shopping

went to visit my 3rd sister's new house at bishan!

went over her boon lay house first
and i jogged 30 minutes on the threadmill!!!!
and i almost died! really nid more exercise!

then came home and then started preparing the feast for the night!
i'm the masterchef with my mum and 3rd sister being the supervisors!!

took some time to think back of what i did on friday
and i finally remembered!
went xiuhan's house to play pool and then went lot 1 for dinner!
satisfied my gongcha craving :D

went down to parents' stall on christmas eve,
and then went to ikea to help my sister buy her stuffs,
think i'm too nice alrdy :o
anyway, ikea still sells the heart shaped huggie!
omg. so tempted to want to buy it,
but if i buy it, confirm get nagged one D:

anyway,
biggang came over to my house to countdown for christmas :D
i think we can demote ourselves to mediumgang or something already

the rest watched a horror movie (since i am scared and i refuse to sit through it),
and then we also watched titanic, like watch here and there since it's so long a movie.

played games like mahjong, sequence, saboteur, asshole daidee, circle of trust..
kept ourselves awake for the whole night haha!

i survived on a small piece of bread, an ice cream cone and some twister fries!
did evaluation of chairpersons and the chiefs,
wondered what the events people said about me LOL

naf meeting is actually in progress,
attempting to update without getting caught or whatever,
nid to remind myself to do up the workshop writeups by tmr

anyway had a good meetup with tings yesterday :D
had lunch at ikea and then went to sing at teoheng and then went to bugis pastamania for dinner and then had icecream
anyway teoheng is like zzz, cock up.
but me and quek act fierce and we had a big room for 4 people hehe
we walked from bugis back to cityhall to digest our food.

eh i think i have cca stuffs on 7th and 14th jan,
cant go airport fetch celine on 7th le D:

anyway got back year 1 sem 1 results during midnight,
I PASSED ALL MY MODULES :D
including 那該死的 FM!
but my results are just average i think.

dont know if i am actually happy or sad,
considering how tough things were for me during sem time,
and i worked so hard..
suan le.. shall not say anymore.

but i think the most important thing that enabled me to last and actually survived,
is my family and my friends who really kept on talking to me and counselling me,
telling me everything will be alright and fine and all that,
without them, i really would have died or sthg,
i know my family was especially concerned, cause i was like crying everyday during some point in time,
yeah frankly speaking, i still very very much prefer the old school days,
think this thought will never ever change,
i still have loads of grudges and complaints about uni life,
which i shall not mention anymore..
but really, without that very important group of people...
i've no idea what would happen to me now.

she says its to celebrate my results.
my family thinks its awesome, but really it's just average.

anyway my 2nd sister's back from Japan last night,
and she's on leave today!
we both woke up at close to 11am and then went jp for lunch at about 2pm+

anyway, last night during the middle of the night,
this group of people who were at my block downstairs suddenly started singing and making a lot of noise,
madness!!!

walked around jp and then i bought the drinks for the christmas party at my house for biggang :D
1 bottle of iced peach tea, barcardi and jollyshandy!

oh yeah,
just now while we were at chinese garden waiting for the mrt to get to boon lay,
this train, with people in the train, simply whizzed past the mrt station at a fast speed,
i was shocked,
and then i think the train driver suddenly woke up to his idea and slowed down the train,
but obviously it's too late,
so the front half the train was out of the platform while the remaining half of the train was at the platform,
it stopped there for a few minutes,
and at first i thought the train would reverse or something, then it wld be funny,
but it didnt, and it just went off, without stopping at chinese garden mrt!!
what a roller coaster ride,
if i were on that train, i think i will be freaked out and think that the train has been overtaken by bad guys or something.
seriously, smrt nids to do some reflections.

dad passed us the letter regarding the redemption of a free log cake from prima deli,
today was the last day of reserving it,
lucky!
so i called up jp's outlet, and the person was like,
oh you've to come down to jp now to pass us the piece of paper
which is just plain ridiculous, cause it states on the paper that we must call to reserve the cake,
so what's the point if i have to call and then go down???!
plus i was at jp just less than an hour ago, so it's like wth!!!
so my dad was going to drive me to jp, and then we decided to call another outlet at bukitbatok,
cause my dad says that outlet is nearer,
and this person was damn nice,
she said clearly that we dont have to go down cause it's like stupid and waste of time,
and she just gave me this 4 digit number which we nid to tell them when we go collect the cake on friday!
heh, lucky we called another outlet,
and zzzzz to the person who answered me from jp's outlet.

ok i am done with rantinggg!~

oh yeah,
for everyone's info,
it's simplified chinese and traditional chinese,
not new chinese and old chinese, what?!?!?!

i know the politic scene of Taiwan is rather complicated and i have never ever read up in depth on it or whatever, so i shall not comment much,
but i prefer to think of Taiwan as a country on its own :D
and i just realised that baseball 's the national sport in Taiwan, cooooool or what?
Singapore wil never ever give recognition to baseball or softball one ohwells.

there's some great Taiwan movies that aren't shipped and screened here in Singapore,
saddening.

slept till 11am!
wahaha, the rain makes sleeping even more shiok!

went out shopping with my parents today :D
bought 2 shoes, 1 shirt and 1 wallet.

anyway main point is that i drove quite a bit today,
overshot 12noon so had to pay ERP to get to chinatown,
and then i rammmmmed into this lorry which was parked at the side,
and then the side mirror kena.
2nd time okay, i also rammed into a wall before last time,
jialat sia.

and then, i overshot the uturn place, and had to stop on the big main road,
and reverse!!!
luckily, no cars were behind otherwise good luck to me.

and then, i overshot the carpark exit,
and also, had to reverse,
and lucky no car was right behind my tail also,
otherwise, i cld create this huge jam or something!

and my dad kept screaming at me D:

anyway driving in the rain isnt really that fun,
cause cant go too fast, and then cant go too slow also,
and then cant see clearly..

but despite all these,
i still like to drive!!!

our transport system had some serious major disruptions the past couple of days,
the usual train delays became train faults and train service between stations had to be shut down.
this led to some uproar from Singaporeans,
and the picture of income opportunity found in some taxi worsened matters.

no doubt Singaporeans would feel upset since mrt is really this important transport tool for most of us,
i've been cooping myself at home such that i wont have to deal with such matters,
and yeah i did go out on the day the train service died, but lucky i left dhoby gaut before the peak hour,
though i thought it's quite cool if i had the chance to walk in the mrt tunnel,
but the before of suffering in the train with all that heat is erm, another matter.

well coupled with the fact that it's raining and raining quite often,
so much hassle to go out,
trains could have faults, buses and cars could be trapped in car jams.
and go out, have to squeeze with everyone which is so scary.

so home is the best place to be :D

well hopefully, this is a lesson learnt for everyone,
cant trust living and non-living things hahahaha,
and well, let's hope there will be an improvement,
i guess i wont mind free travel for a few days,
then i may go out and take trains and buses for the sake of it,
like travel all the way to changi airport, take the circle line hahahaha!

ok back to drama,
started on doing those emcee scripts and logistics stuffs for naf,
come on, please hurry send the info for me to continue.

i want to go overseas too,
so jealous that all my sisters are/going to go overseas,
and that i keep seeing friends' pictures on facebook that they are overseas.

results should be back in a few days time,
i'm really so worried of both failing and not doing well,
the stress and pressure in NBS is scary.

realised that all my friends in my cliques (tings, biggang & gatboc) are all females,
i really really dont understand males i guess haha.

i slipped and fell on my blanket last night,

zzz reaction too slow to hold onto the table,

anyway i woke up at like 1030am this morning,

kindof shocked that i turned off my alarm,

but i managed to reach johnny's house at like 1110am,

naf meeting yesterday,

heyo. i'm so tired. and i nid to bathe but i'm so lazy.
anyways, i think i spend the entire friday at home.

went down to parents' stall on saturday cause i nid to earn some money,
hee i drove down, and then watched my drama instead of sleeping in the car,
damn, i didnt check my laptop battery percentage so cldnt watch to my heart's content.
and then, i said i wanted to learn how to speak canto,
so i attmpted to talk in canto to my mum at the stall,
but i keep mixing canto and hokkien together,
why is it so tough?
and canto sounds so niceeeee

met biggang (well think we can become smallgang le LOL), well yushan, qinai, liting and emily.
i'm the earliest D: lunch at soupspoon :D
anyway i met my sister after that to return her boss2's dvd and borrow the taiwan guidebook from her,
she passed me this pooh thingy to put on my phone, so cuteeeeee!

he's 3 months old yesterday :)

anyway we walked over to mbs and we went to the art science museum for the Titanic exhibition.

and the first class cabins are like damn nice,

but we're gonna have a christmas sleepover, at my house

accompanied liting to xiuhan's house cause she wanted to get some tb from her,
then liting and i were too lazy to go home so in the end, we stayed for the night
luckily my mum didnt nag or anything hehe.
slept at about 2plus, woke up at 730am, then went back to sleep, and then finally waking up at 10am,
and liting alrdy left, i didnt even know hahahaha, sleeping like a pigggg.

wanted to go home one, then xiuhan's mum,
who's always forever so nice, just said,
go eat together, so in the end i followed,
went to causeway point's crystal jade for nice dimsum :)
ordered so much food omgggggg,
i think i 1 meal settle entire day's breakfast, lunch and dinner.
her mum still bought me a box of eggtarts to bring home.
omg and then still drove me home.

had a meetup with gatboc last evening,

EH in the end we never watch any movies lol,
next time we meet for another sleepover and skype with shen will be the next holidays,

i seriously dont think i will be able to have such close friendships in uni,

hello,
my year 1 sem 1 exams have ended today.
just cant feel the joy at all. i'm like a blank.
and can't express how much disappointment i have felt over the past 3 weeks.

study le then still feel so cui and screwed :(
today's the worst, ok stats is also as bad.
i stomachache when i was on the bus and after alighting,
i chiong to the toilet.
i think this was a damn pain ache ever since the alvls period,
can you feel how freaked out and worried i was?

so damn demoralised.
like put in so much effort to study for my fm,
attempted past year papers,
then i cant do today's paper at all,
and worst when people start discussing and i can hear everything after the paper,
and i just wish i am deaf,
cause whatever i hear is making things worst since i cant even do the paper,
and today's paper, some people said it's easy.

okay, so i am just d.e.a.d

i dont give a damn about have a damn good gpa this time round,
k i know nbs people all smart people where average gpa is 4 and above.
i just pray that i pass ALL my modules this time.
really. bad gpa then bad gpa luh. cant be everyone is smart right,

just makes me feel that i am just downright stupid and not suited to study uni
not like i didnt study,

exams starting in 2 days time,
i have not even touch my fm, which is my most dreaded dreaded topic.

i'm trying,

freaking cannot do it.

for if i reply, i'm just going to make myself feel even worse,
not that i dont want to reply,
but it's a wiser choice that i steer away.

everyone is telling me to stay optimistic and everything,
sorry i really cant do it,

broke down again just now,
used the excuse of having that damn stomach cramps that were so painful that destroyed all my mood,
yeah i was in pain, but i cried cause i just felt sian like always.

i mean, yeah, for my own good, i cant dont eat,

have been rather busy these days.
just some updates..

had fun playing games like mono deal and monopoly and taboo with friends like tzehui, xiuhan and phyllis at SAC :D hehe

NAF was doing canvassing during CAC's members' night
we sold gongcha!
and i didnt buy any, but i drank a bit of my friends' one hehe
thanks a lot to xiuhan who drove me home otherwise i wld have reached home even later
i made her drive the wrong way and so she had to drive a longer route!
that night, slept at like 0230am, cui.

practically a zombie on friday,

anyway i went to see a doctor last night
so expensive
and i went in see the doctor for just like 5 minutes or even less -.-

he said the stomach pain that i had was most probably just some virus infection
gave me MC for today which was useless since i have to appear in schl no matter what..

think the medicine really makes me drowsy.
want to nap/sleep but i know i cant.
sian.
and the medicine makes my throat dry and flamey.
omggggg.

so did our mkting case presentation today.
hope that our tutor likes it and gives us a good grade.

but my group's pretty not bad

but i really cant stand the fact that we have met up so often and for such long durations
sucking away almost all my time.
we will meet a lot more cause proj presentation's due 2 weeks from today.

ok right after this post,
i am going to shut down my laptop and study FM.
since FM essentially doesnt nid a laptop turned on to study.

cant believe that i can crawl awake at such a time..
usually awake now if i nid to be at parents' stall.

my alarm rang at 6am i shut it off,
but there's this crow which wanted to be my alarm clock,
and it was crowing super duper loudly..
like whatthe. so it's so terribly noisy + irritating so i woke up.
OK, current updates is that the super loud crowing has stopped,
and i pray that it really stop for good and dont ever return for today at least.

okkkk, i am still at lecture 2 contents.
my quiz covers from lectures 1-6.
dont know if i can finish before dinner today a not.
hope i can.

then i will go back to stats.

BOTH MY STATS AND FM QUIZZES ARE ON THE SAME DAY.

and yeah yesterday my marketing meeting was from 11am till 8pm.
and we did case nia, proj de haven even start, GG like shit.

this week is supposedly our recess week
but i am just as busy, project meetings and studying etc.
though i have not exactly started with studying.

anyway i met mrs.leeleemui at ntu canteen a today!
i was there discussing mkting proj with my group and she was there eating with 2 other people
when we were done they were still there, so i just went to say hi to her, cause it seemed rude not to do so,
and and and she just made me sit down with them and we talked for like an hour!

was nice talking to her luh, not like scary and fierce as last time,
and the place i was sitting at was like freezing cold and all of them cld see me trembling -.-
embarrassing max.
talked about uni life, jc life, their life and experiences.

they cld even sense that i am maxxxxx stressed out.
but anyway talking to her really made me miss rvhs alot alot alot D:
really want to abandon everything and just go back there
there's just too many memories there alrdy.
plus the fact that i am still totally not used to uni and dont really have friends made me yearn to return to rvhs even more.

i just woke up from a nap, feeling good
this morning was real madness,
the heavy rain + strong winds just deter anyone to wake up,
and i just go to school for a 2 hours zzzzz how i wish i cld pon.

it was freezing cold while walking to the mrt,
felt like dying instantly and want to step right into a microwave,
and yes i was already wearing my jacket.

anyway there isnt any point for a birthday post, since i didnt really celebrate it
but just some notes,

I RUIN MY OWN BIRTHDAY SURPRISE D:
i was initially supposed to meet yongchang on sunday,
but in the end i didnt, cause i didnt want to eat lunch and i felt like no point to meet,
AND GUESS WHAT, he actually had a plan with GATBOC to throw me a surprise,
but since i didnt turn up.............................
what a wasted chance, i haven been seeing quek and cartmen for ages,
and i have not talked to iris for such a long time too cause she always seem so busy
